Shipping with FishyFlow
At FishyFlow, we partner with leading international shipping companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS. By collaborating with these carriers and their local courier partners, we are able to ship directly to your door while proudly offering flat-rate worldwide shipping.
Payment and Verification
Your payment will be processed when you place your order. Please note that all payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping, which may take several days. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed or even canceled.
Shipping Process
On average, we require 2-5 business days to fulfill your order and prepare it for shipment to our carrier's sort facility. During peak times, such as major holidays, or if an item is particularly popular, this timeframe may extend to up to 10 business days.
To help us offering free worldwide shipping to our valued customers, orders are typically dispatched in batches 1-2 times per week.
Once your order is in the shipping process, we are unable to make any changes, including address updates. We will only ship to the address provided during checkout.
FishyFlow ships orders during business days only, and we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. After your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information.
For orders containing multiple items, your products may ship separately and arrive at different times, as manufacturing locations may vary.
Tracking
All FishyFlow orders come with tracking numbers. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched to the carrier's sort facility.
Please note that it may take several days for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking information, please contact us for assistance.
Deliveries
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Although specific delivery dates are not guaranteed, here are our estimated shipping times:
- United States: 10-14 business days
- Canada, Europe: 10-14 business days
- Australia, New Zealand: 10-21 business days
- Mexico, Central America, South America: 15-35 business days
Please note that the estimates above are in business days and do not include our 2-5 day processing time.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, FishyFlow cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, or other disruptions.
Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. FishyFlow has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
FishyFlow is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please report it to the appropriate shipping carrier and file a claim.
We use the timestamp from the tracking link and delivery confirmation when reviewing damage or return requests. If the issue is not reported in a timely manner, we may be unable to honor your claim.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is entered before submitting an order. Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it immediately. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we are unable to retrieve or change the address.
Final Carrier Contact Responsibility
In some cases, the final delivery carrier may require additional information from the recipient to complete delivery, such as confirming a full address, providing access instructions, scheduling delivery, or verifying other shipment details.
If the final carrier contacts us regarding missing or incomplete delivery information, we will do our best to provide you with the carrier's contact details and any available information regarding your shipment. However, it is the customer's responsibility to communicate directly with the carrier and provide any information they require to complete the delivery.
Similarly, if a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you claim that it was not received, we may provide you with the contact information of the final delivery carrier so that you can open an investigation or claim directly with them. In most cases, carriers require the recipient to provide information themselves for privacy and security reasons.
While FishyFlow will make reasonable efforts to assist by providing available carrier information, we are not responsible for resolving issues that require direct communication between the recipient and the delivery carrier.
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and accept responsibility for contacting the final delivery carrier when required to resolve delivery-related issues or provide additional information necessary for successful delivery.
Stock Availability & Shipping Delays
At FishyFlow, we strive to keep all product variations in stock and ship orders as quickly as possible. However, due to high demand or unexpected inventory shortages, certain rod colors may occasionally become temporarily unavailable after an order has been placed.
If your selected rod color becomes unavailable, we will offer you the option to switch to another available color so that your order can be shipped sooner.
If you prefer to wait for your original color selection, we completely understand. As a thank-you for your patience, we will include a complimentary gift with your order at no additional cost.
Please note that temporary stock shortages may result in longer processing times. While we will always do our best to minimize delays, FishyFlow does not offer refunds, cancellations, or return requests based solely on delays caused by stock shortages, provided that your order is still being actively processed and will be shipped.
Regardless of the option you choose, our team will make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible while ensuring that all products meet our quality standards before leaving our facility.
