Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, requests may not be accepted. You can still return your order for a full refund once it’s delivered.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 35 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
